Tips for the care of your jewel
We are at your disposal for the following services, which are not included in the warranty:
- It is recommended to perform a thorough cleaning of your jewellery once a year.
- It is recommended to regularly check the setting of gemstones and pearls, especially for jewellery that is worn frequently.
- It is recommended to wipe the pearls with a soft cloth or chamois after each use. Pearls, when worn regularly, maintain their natural shine and luminosity, but perfumes, hairspray, cosmetics or the acidity of the skin can damage their shine
- It is advisable to keep the jewels individually in their boxes, in order to avoid any contact between them that could damage the surface of metals, stones or pearls
- To enable jewellery made of white gold to enhance its shine, it is coated with rhodium. This particular metallic coating requires regular and careful maintenance, as it tends to darken naturally.

- Each piece of jewellery is engraved with the title of the metal used for its creation, the jewels are made of gold 750° / 1000° in the different variations of colors required or platinum 950° / 1000°.
- The jewel, at the time of its realization, was the subject of particular care and an attention to the least detail.
- The jewellery you have purchased is covered for defects or anomalies by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
- The warranty is void in case of misuse or mishandling of the jewel.

- The stones used to make our jewellery come from licensed mines and are not involved in financing civil wars or armed conflicts.
